Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Chuck regarding the TC positive routine sample collected 11/1. One repeat sample collected 11/4 tested absent. Three more repeat samples were collected today. Chuck had no explanation as to why the routine sample tested positive. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be based on results of remaining repeat samples. PWS to collect five routine samples in December.
