| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 11/1/2007. DETAILS: Amy Parmenter left a message for Anita Chasco on 11/2/2007 to discuss the alert for a total coliform routine sample collected 11/1/2007. Anita called back today. We discussed the requirement to collect 4 repeat samples (one from the initial positive location, one upstream, one downstream, and one from the well) as soon as possible. Anita now has the 4 sample bottles and will get the samples into the lab today. She will call us back after receiving the results of the four repeat samples. We discussed the procedure for corrective action via shock chlorination today in case the repeats come back positive. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of four repeat samples and follow-up accordingly. | ||
