| Details: | SUMMARY: Use of Streaming Current Monitor and private property issues DETAILS: Langlois is in the middle of an upgrade to its in-stream intake structure. Dave is requesting information on Zeta Potential and asked if it would be reasonable to run his treatment process at Langlois with an SCM. Dave’s most recent request was for information related to any agencies that may control private party from disallowing access to the Langlois WD intake structure. Dave explained for many years they have used access that apparently now is understood as private property without a legal access easement. I checked with Dave regarding progress on his issues with the private property dispute. I completed the previous months contact report. ACTION NEEDED: Be available with technical assistance if requested, in the future, by the district. | ||
