Details:	SUMMARY: E. Coli situation resolved. DETAILS: System had confirmed E. Coli on 10/31/07, voluntarily closed the restaurant, and initiated corrective action (inspection and shock disinfection of system). Repeat samples on 1/13 were negative, and the restaurant has re-opened. County staff reminded system of the requirement for 5 routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: None.
