| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert summary, public notice DETAILS: I called Anita today to discuss the four repeat sample results taken on 11/14/07 indicating total coliform present in all four samples. I emailed her the template for public notice and asked to send me a copy when finished. I also emailed her total coliform effects info that also has shock chlorination procedures as well. We discussed shocking the well and taking five routine samples in December 2007. She is going to shock and flush soon, then she is gone for the first three weeks of December then when she returns from vacation she will take the 5 routine samples. I also discussed installing a permanent disinfection system if problem persists. There is no well log and the well is 17 ft. deep. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate well, post public notice, send me a copy of the public notice and re-sample 5 routines in December. | ||
