| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Finally spoke with Tom today about initial total coliform present result taken on 10/25/07. He stated that Coffee labs in Redmond took the four repeat samples the next day and all came back absent. He is not sure why the first sample result was present, possibly a sampling error. I told him he is still required to take 5 routine samples in month of November. He said Coffee lab was out yesterday taking a sample. ACTION NEEDED: Turn in repeat results, take five routine samples in November 2007. | ||
