| Details: | SUMMARY: 3rd quarterly arsenic test in 2007 is 0.011 mg/L DETAILS: Don called to report that the 3rd quarter arsenic test (10/25/07) for 2007 was 0.011 mg/L, which is greater than the arsenic MCL. Don using Delta Environmental Lab in Lane County, and will collect a 4th quarter sample for 2007 to assess RAA. PWS will likely violate the RAA. Discussed compliance plan. PWS has contacted a treatment company, with a quote and tentative treatment plan ready to go. Don has stayed in contact with DWP staff responsible for Lane County PWSs. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to assess 4th quarter sample result, RAA, treatment and compliance options. | ||
