| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed nitrate monitoring and reporting status DETAILS: Scott called to clarify his nitrate sampling requirements and status. Non reporting violations for nitrate in 2005 and 2006. Told Scott to collect a nitrate sample before the end of CY 2007 and submit to us by January 10, 2008. Clarified for Scott that nitrate sampling does not get reduced to once every 9 years as he assumed. ACTION NEEDED: DWP will enter nitrate sample when received or issue a violation for late or non reporting. | ||
