| Details: | SUMMARY: Backup Well Pump Failed, Boil Notice Due to Pressure Loss DETAILS: 11/19 - Steve Gass called to let DWP know that the pump in the backup well had failed Sunday morning, and there is no pressure in the system. Spoke with Ron with PGG who plans to replace the failed main well pump with a new 15 HP pump. Pressure was restored about 8:00 pm Monday evening. 11/20 - Spoke with Jackie Myers. She will call all customers and inform them they need to boil their water until told otherwise, and will also mail out a written boil notice. Bob Severson will collect a "special" sample today. 11/26 - Notified that the sample collected 11/20 tested absent for total coliform. Jackie will send a "Problem Corrected" notice to all customers. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to forward copies of public notices to DWP. | ||
