| Details: | SUMMARY: Electrical control issues, reservoir problems, low yield well, inconsistent chlorine residuals DETAILS: PWS requested assistance with several issues. Erratic chlorine residuals, electrical controls, many problems with the reservoir, I discussed issues with several board members. I inspected the electrical controls and chlorine system. I will prepare a report addressing the issues and sent to the system before their September annual meeting. ACTION NEEDED: Terry Nelson will come to inspect electrical controls and make recommendations. I will send technical report on other issues as well as iron and manganese treatment options as this most likely interferes with consistent chlorine residuals. | ||
