| Details: | SUMMARY: Infrastructure Needs Study assistance DETAILS: System has not submitted 2007 Infrastructure study and DWP has requested circuit rider assistance.I reviewed 2003 study for historical perspective and projects considered. I contacted Ken Carpenter and they informed me Ed Butts PE was preparing an updated Master Plan with all the proposed projects and to contact him. Ed Butts did not return my calls and I informed the system to send in what they knew from the previous Study. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
