| Details: | SUMMARY: Dosage calculations, Turbidity Profile CT Study, No Alarms DETAILS: I called system specifically to discuss scheduling a Turbidity Profile. The plant requires alarms when the operator is off site, dosage calculations, a tracer study and an effluent meter. I have made several calls to the system to schedule assistance with the deficiencies noted on the SW Region Report. Both operators have medical issues, which make scheduling difficult. I have left recorded messages for both men with no return call. I completed the previous months contact report. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule Turbidity Profile and Ct Tracer Study | ||
