| Details: | SUMMARY: 2007 Infrastructure Need Study Assistance DETAILS: 2007 DWP Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment – asked to contact the City and highlight the need and methodology for a completed survey and provide assistance if required. I met with Richard Christensen from the city to discuss and leave copy of Needs Survey, mentioned August 24 timeline and offered any assistance that may be needed, During a phone conversation with Mr Cowan, he said that the city was working on completing the survey and made mention of a missing completed 2003 Needs survey. The city no longer had a copy and it was believed that it was turned into DWP. Mr Cowan felt this report would be useful in completing this 2007 Needs Survey. I sent several e-mails to persons at DWP-- on 8/21/07 George Waun informed me that the report was found and a copy forwarded to Mr Cowan on 8/24/07. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up phone call to Mr Cowen to see if this report helped and make certain that he was able to complete the 2007 Needs Survey. | ||
