| Details: | SUMMARY: Funding Application Assistance and General Assistance DETAILS: HBH was contacted by Keith Cochran (operator) regarding assisting the system with the investigation and elimination of positive coliform hits throughout the water system. In addition to the positive coliforms hits, the system struggles with water quality during the summer months. Following initial contact, Mr Cochran passed away. While providing the troubleshooting, HBH was asked to provide assistance with a Letter of Interest for the SRF Loan . I traveled to Antelope to meet with the city council and present funding options. I answered questions on project funding, needing capital improvements and water system operation. I contacted Portland State regarding income survey. The City Council feels that the published data from the 2000 Census is in error. ACTION NEEDED: Further general and funding assistance as requested. Meet with Wasco County Economic Development Council at the request of the City council. | ||
