| Details: | SUMMARY: Dosage Calculations, Turbidity Profile CT Study, No Alarms DETAILS: I called system specifically to discuss scheduling a Turbidity Profile. The plant requires alarms when the operator is off site, dosage calculations, a tracer study and an effluent meter. I have made several calls to the system to schedule assistance with the deficiencies noted on the SW Region Report. Both operators have medical issues, which make scheduling difficult. I arrrived at the plant to find Lloyd had to attend a minute meeting at the mill where he works and was unable to attend. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule the Turbidity Profile and CT Tracer Study when convenient with the operator | ||
