| Details: | SUMMARY: Dosage Calculations, Turbidity Profile Ct Study, No alarms DETAILS: I called system specifically to discuss scheduling a Turbidity Profile. The plant requires alarms when the operator is off site, dosage calculations, a tracer study and an effluent meter. I have made several calls to the system to schedule assistance with the deficiencies noted on the SW Region Report. Both operators have medical issues, which make scheduling difficult. I have made numerous attempts to schedule a visit to address plant deficiencies. Both contacts are part time operators working back shiefts at a regular job making it difficult to coordinate our schedules. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule the Study and CT Tracer study when convenient with the operator. | ||
