Details:	SUMMARY: alert- total coliform present DETAILS: Spoke with Bruce 11/27/07 about recent coliform problem in well. He stated that they are using a different well on the property for drinking water, and have been for a while.. I told him he will have to go through plan review to make sure this well is approved for public drinking water. The four repeats in October came back present, the five routines in November also came back present for total coliform. Bruce is going to shock chlorinate the well and test again in December. ACTION NEEDED: Shock well, take 5 routines in month of December 2007. Apply for plan review of other well to use for public drinking water.
