| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Study information Verification DETAILS: I visited this plant in January 06 and calculated a theoretical detention time of potentially 13 hours. I shared the information with DWP and HBH. The water system is also lacking an effluent meter on the stored water. The treatment plant does have fixed rate effluent pumps which, with the approval of DWP, allowed us to perform a CT Tracer Study using elevations in the storage reservoir.I completed calculations and prepared CT Report for previously collected CT Data. ACTION NEEDED: Be available for Technical assistance. | ||
