Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary survey deficiency - Filter Turbidity Profile DETAILS: HBH received notice that the City of Drain required assistance in performing a Filter Turbidity Profile. I met with Jim Toy the plant operator on October 22nd. Jim provided a tour of the plant and a brief discussion of some operational processes and improvements the city was planning. The filter under test was backwashed and the turbidities monitored for the profile. ACTION NEEDED: Process the data from the Turbidity Profile and submit a final report.
