| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform repeat sample and invalidation request DETAILS: Shelly Jordan called on 11/13/07 to let me know that one of their repeat samples was total coliform positive. She said she had asked the lab to let her know when they were coming so that she could be there and she said she also asked them to take a sample at the well. The lab allegedly did not do either of these and Shelly found out they took a sample from a faucet off of a non-potable hose. I told Shelly she could have another sample taken at the same space, from a valid faucet, and another one at the well and request invalidation of the original repeat if they are negative. Both samples came out negative and Shelly and I discussed on 11/30/07 the need for an invalidation request in writing. She is going to e-mail me the request. We also discussed the need for 5 routine samples in December. ACTION NEEDED: Await the invalidation request and submit to DMCA. | ||
