| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform sampling plan assistance DETAILS: I met with Ms Carter on 8/27/07 as part of an SRF assistance visit and we discussed the purpose of the written coliform sampling plan and searched for s distribution map, but could not find one. Based on information obtained from hat visit, I prepared a written plan for the system. Mr Carter has not provided the distribution map, although she states that one is available. I requested that she provide the map with this written plan when it is submitted. ACTION NEEDED: Assist with O & M manual. | ||
