| Details: | SUMMARY: Phthalate testing reduced to annual beginning 2008. DETAILS: Coquille completed quarterly testing in May 2007 for Di(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate after initial detection in July 2006. All follow-up samples have been non-detect. Coquille can reduce sampling from quarterly to annual. Next sample is due in 2008. I notified John Higgins of this reduction via email on 11/28/2007. ACTION NEEDED: Update sdwis schedule to show phthalates due annually. | ||
