| Details: | SUMMARY: Third quarter DBP sampling missed. DETAILS: Panther Creek WD received a violation for not reporting the 3rd quarter disinfection by-product results. I contacted Martin to find out if they were collected. Martin confirmed that the sampling period was missed, but he submitted 4th quarter DBPs to the lab on 11/26/2007. The violation is accurate and the system will remain on quarterly sampling until four consecutive quarters are submitted and they are eligible for reduction to annual. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly testing. | ||
