| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint of possible water-borne illness. DETAILS: Chuck Davis called to discuss an illness complaint he received from a SUB/Rainbow WD customer. The customer was told by his physician that he had contracted giardia, probably from the public water supply. See extensive follow-up documentation from Chuck Davis in the file dated 12/4 & 12/5. The report was not confirmed with a stool sample, no other members of the household are ill, no un-related cases have been reported. As stated in the follow-up documentation, no problems with treatment were encountered within the water system. ACTION NEEDED: None. See file. | ||
