| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform confirmed DETAILS: Spoke with Mike today about recent total coliform present results on 12/7/07. All four repeats also came back present. Emailed him total coliform public notice and discussed shocking well. He stated that he is going to have Oregon water services come out and shock well and hook up the continuous chlorinator. I told him he will need to go through our plan review process for using the chlorination unit. ACTION NEEDED: post public notice, send me a copy and correct problem with chlorine. Take Five routine samples in Jan 08. | ||
