| Details: | I spoke with John on 4/17. I spoke with John regarding to number of samples required to be turned in. The system is required to take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample after the total coliform positive sample that was collected on 4/13. He said he will turn in the additional samples (one repeat was collected and turned in) on 4/20/20. **note -spoke with Valerie Scott (owner) on 4/20/20. Only one additional repeat and triggered source sample were turned in to the lab. Per the coliform rule, follow up samples are to be collected on the same day. The system is still short one sample and now has two sample dates. I recommended the proper number of samples be collected at one time and submitted to the lab.** |
