| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for TC+ DETAILS: Umpqua Research Lab contacted Russ Kazmierczak prior to the alert that was issued on 12/13/07. They indicated that the water system had questions regarding the repeat sampling and that they were not currently able to collect repeat samples.. Bill Brant was contacted and he explained that they were out of town and were not able to collect the repeat samples. He indicated that the samples would most likely not be collected until next week, unless he could arrange for another person to collect the samples. I explained the repeat sample procedures of 1 sample within 5 connections upstream, 1 sample within 5 connections downstream, 1 at the source, and the final at the well. The number of connections at the facility and the information in SDWIS was incorrect and that the facility had around 11 connections (residence and 10 cabins). Bill indicated that he would confirm the correct number of connections and population. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples as soon as soon as possible. If the 4 repeat samples are negative for TC, then 5 routine samples would need to be collected the following month. | ||
