| Details: | SUMMARY: Made a Site Visit DETAILS: Bill Goss and Joe Carlson met with the on-site manager, Desmond Mann, and inspected the water system. Discovered that the spring box lid was in poor condition, leaving the spring susceptible to contamination. Reviewed sampling requirements in the Administrative Order. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to repair spring box lid, collect water quality samples as required. | ||
