| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC status for Coli positivies and UV treatment installation. DETAILS: Firm has had coli positives and an ecoli positive, the firm has had a public notice posted for employees and public not to drink the water and all water for ice maker and soda machines has been turned off. The firm has been serving bottled water. Firm has installed a UV system, which has gone through plan review. I took pictures of the unit and a water sample. Coffey Labs reported the sample is negative. ACTION NEEDED: Firm may resume serving the water. Firm must sample the first week of the 4th quarter (October) to be taken off the SNC list. | ||
