Details:	SUMMARY: Operator will M/R quarterly for di(2-ethylhexyl) - phthalate. DETAILS: I discussed with the operator the requirement to do four quarterly samples for di(2-ethylhexyl) - phthalate following a detection on 6/26/07. The sampling will begin this quarter. I completed a Chemical Monitoring Schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to send me third and fourth quarter sampling results for my review.
