Details:	SUMMARY: Positive Coliform quarterly sample on 6/29/07. DETAILS: On 7/30/07, I left a message in regards to the positive Coliform sample collected on 6/29/07 (received on 7/2/07). I informed the operator about the required four repeat samples in order to be in compliance. I also made her aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. I requested a call back to discuss sampling procedure and potential sources of contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat and routine samples and follow-up.
