Details:	SUMMARY: Followed up on TCR M/R violation and 2006 NO3 violation. DETAILS: Judy informed me that she is the new EHS coordinator and because of the change in staff the Coliform bacteria M/R and 2006 Nitrate M/R slipped through the cracks. The lab is suppose to M/R all chemicals directly. Informed her on how to check the status of M/R on SDWIS. Coliform bacteria and Nitrate M/R was taken on 7/23/07. She will check with lab and find out if Nitrates were monitored in 2006, if it was, then she will forward results to the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Change water system information to reflect Judy as the new contact person and Vic Blomquist as the alternate. Vic is still the DRC and should be contacted for surveys and Judy will be handling M/R and paperwork issues. Check in August 2007 to see if NO3 and CB were M/R.
