Details:	SUMMARY: Spoke with Evelyn regarding a TCR M/R violation for 2nd quarter 2007. DETAILS: Evelyn spoke with JM in April regarding the March bacti results that were sent in. She thought JM said that the March sample for the 1st quarter 2007 could count for the 2nd quarter sample. NOTE: Willamette Speedways monitoring results for 1st quarter apparently never made it to the state, but are in our file, and they never received a violation for TCR M/R 1st quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Evelyn will monitor for Coliform bacteria ASAP. At her request Willamette Speedways operating period will be changed to beginning April 1 and ending September 30. I will send a letter clarifying their monitoring requirements. NOTE:
