| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT response for a positive Fecal Coliform (e.Coli) test result. DETAILS: On July 5, 2007, I contacted Ric by phone and discussed with him the actions needed due to a positive e.Coli test result at a Walton Lake hand pump. He stated that four repeat samples will be taken from the water system, and that the handle was taken off the pump with a warning sign (public notice) in front of it, cautioning consumers from using the hand pump. ACTION NEEDED: Since this is an e.Coli positive test result, a public notice must be submitted as soon as possible, even if it is before the four repeat samples are taken. | ||
