| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform sample positive for total Coliform. DETAILS: Contact has no actual knowledge of system and gave me a contact number for a Dave of Rogue Valley Pump (541) 291-0040. Routine sample came back positive on 7/25/07. Four repeat tests were taken on 7/26/07 which also came back positive for total Coliform. System was shock chlorinated on 7/30/07. Dave has been speaking with Scott Curry on installing a Chlorinator. On 9/12/07, I spoke with Dave. Chlorinator will be installed and operational next week. He will give me a call when it is complete. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples during the next month. | ||
