Details: SUMMARY: Inspected well location on site DETAILS: Well contractor was working on well. Russ Kazmierczak and Burnett inspected the site and obtained GPS data for the well site. The well is located within 50 feet of the Lostine River. ACTION NEEDED: Review drillers log and water quality data when well construction is completed.
