| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform samples taken on Aug. 1, 2007 positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: Contacted Jim Bryson of Options at 472-9880, he stated system has been shocked again and will be retested after 4 days and he will call me with the results. Aug. 16, 2007 - Spoke with Mr. Bryson, he stated they received 4 repeat samples and all were negative for Total Coliform. He also stated they will be getting an approved UV system for the water system. Sept. 11, 2007 - Spoke with Mr. Bryson again he stated new UV system has been installed and approved by Scott Curry. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples the following month. | ||
