| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform sample positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: Called and spoke with Ken. He stated the Grants Pass Water Lab does the sampling for the water system. The 4 repeats were taken yesterday and came back positive. They will be shocked chlorinating the system this everning and will post a public notice today. Aug. 29, 2007, spoke with Ken. He stated system was shocked on Aug. 21, 2007 and will be resampled today by Grants Pass Water Lab. Sept. 10, 2007, spoke with Ken. He stated special sample came back negative and will be doing the five routine samples soon. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples the next calendar month after contamination treated. | ||
