| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will provide public notification regarding E.coli positive sample. DETAILS: The contact collected four repeats July 31, 2007 for the positive TC from July 27, 2007. She states that the three samples collected in the distribution were positive for Total Coliform and the fourth sample collected at the pump house was positive for E. coli. I gave Christy "Boil Water" advisory forms and helped her complete them. She agrees to distribute them to each connection household today, investigate corrective action, and take five routines by August 31, 2007. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
