| Details: | DWS emailed on 4/13/20 and 4/20/20 requesting an update the installation of reservoir overflow outlet protection, a significant deficiency identified in the 2018 WSS. DRC called DWS staff on 4/21/20 and confirmed the part will be installed on Friday, April 24, 2020 and they will send an email with photo verification. Update: DWS received email verification with a photo of the inline check valve (TideFlex CheckMate Inline Valve) that was installed on 4/24/2020. |
