| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Sanitary Survey 4-7-07 DETAILS: I attempted to contact Jon Woodward beginning in June and finally made contact on July 9th. The sanitary survey noted July 10, 2007 as the date to submit a written plan and schedule to resolve or correct the deficiencies. Jon indicated he was submitting a letter and due to his work hours would be a better situated to work on the deficiencies at the beginning of August. I have outlined a plan of action to expedite the time on site to accomplish the corrections required of the survey. Several messages have gone unanswered indicating the need to get started on the extensive list of deficiencies. I recently contacted Terry Finn-Kadrmas in an attempt to expedite a meeting the DRC of the system. I have made at least 2 calls each month since August-- including November and left messages with both Jon and Terry Finn regarding the need to address some of the deficiencies noted on the April Sanitary survey. At the time I received the survey from Karen Kelley, she indicated a real need for technical assistance at the water system. As mentioned earlier I had a tentative agreement with Jon to consider scheduling a visit in August when we spoke in July. All calls and messages since have been ignored ACTION NEEDED: Continue trying to schedule an appointment. I will notify Karen Kelley of the Current status with this system. | ||
