| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 8/20/07 +TC. DETAILS: I conducted a site visit today to investigate complaints form residents and spoke to Victor and Patty about the recent +TC. Per Patty, Coffey Lab admitted fault in improperly sampling (i.e. not removing the screen from the faucet prior to sampling). Four repeat sample were collected Thursday 8/23 and all were absent for coliform. They know to do 5 temp routines in September. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
