| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 RAA Exceeded 4th quarter 2007. DETAILS: See email in file dated 12/20/2007 notifying John Higgins that the running annual average for HAA5 was exceeded during 4th quarter 2007 at 0.0637 mg/L. TTHM was not exceeded with a RAA of 0.0616 mg/L. Tier 2 public notice is now required. John responded by sending a draft of the notice via email on 12/26/2007. The notice will be issued to customers on 1/14/2008. Treatment plant upgrades will begin in Spring 2008 and will likely result in a reduction of DBP formation. Therefore, further disinfection profiling requirements have been waived. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of public notice. | ||
