Details: SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance - TCR DETAILS: Matt called to inform me that a repeat test taken from the source/well was absent for total coliform. He said they have recently disinfected the entire distribution and storage system and is taking the remaining 3 repeat tests asap. He is unsure how the distribution became contaminated but feels confident the disinfection was effective. I reminded Matt to take 5 more temporary routine samples if all the repeats are clean. Matt also had questions about plan review requirements for source water disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing for coliform.
