| Details: | SUMMARY: 1 of 4 Repeats taken 7/31/07 +TC DETAILS: Left message with Nolan letting him know hes a MCL and needs to correct the problem and do a Public Notice. I faxed him a PN template and asked him to post it until the problem is solved and to also send a copy to the State. I told him he needs 5 clean temp routines in August to RTC. ACTION NEEDED: I will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
