Details: SUMMARY: Discussed zero chorine residual reading with operator DETAILS: The operator states he recorded a 0.1 ppm free chlorine residual reading in the distribution on 7/10/07. The coliform samples are collected by the contract lab, so the lab employee must have read his/her free chlorine test as zero. We discussed ensuring there is a detectable free chorine residual in the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
