Details:	SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 08/21/07 tested positive for Total Colifrom. DETAILS: Four repeat samples passed. Asa said that the UV system failed because he did no replace the bulb at the bulb at the regularly scheduled interval. The bulb has now been replaced. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of September.
