| Details: | SUMMARY: Met with new owner to go over water system information with him. DETAILS: Discovered that the previous owner had tested the water for coliform bacteria as requested for SNC investigation on 8/1/07 and the results were positive. Lab asked Juan Nunez if the restaurant was a public water system and he told them it was not, so the test result was not reported to DHS. New owner was given the test result, but did not know how to read it, therefore the test result was not reported to DHS until Linn County called the lab to repot that La Roca Restaurant in Tangent was indeed a public water system. Asked new owner to take 4 repeat samples ASAP and report the result to Linn County EH. ACTION NEEDED: Watch for repeat CB test results. | ||
