Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 10/08/07 DETAILS: On 10/11/07 I spoke to David (water operator) in regards to the positive coliform sample collected on 10/08/07 (received on 10/10/07). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He suspects the problem might be due to some repairs and upgrades that they recently did to the water system. He is planning to take the four repeat samples tomorrow to be in compliance. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat and routine samples, and follow-up.
