| Details: | Contacted Ms. Joice regarding the waiver denial on setback of Well #1 to gravity fed sewer line. They do not have plans at this time to drill another well, no contamination issues with well #1. There additionally is no place that would allow the new well to be placed on the property that would keep it 500 or more feet from surface water of the Umpqua River. Ms. Joice is sending me a letter regarding continuing to use current well, unless contamination becomes an issue. Contacted DWS about the deficiency correction (or not) for the setback not met. | ||
